Booking policies

By requesting an appointment, you agree to these policies:

• Each appointment covers one service.
• Prices are provided in person; the total depends on service, nail size, and design.
• A $20 deposit is required through Zelle or Venmo. It goes toward the total, and the balance is due in cash.
• The request is not confirmed until Sonia verifies the deposit personally.
• The visible deadline controls how long the time is held. Reporting a deposit pauses expiration but does not confirm it.
• Cancel or request a change at least 48 hours ahead to keep the deposit. Approved credits never expire.
• Please come without guests or children and have your inspiration ready. Arriving over 10 minutes late may cancel the appointment.
