We handle your information with care

We use your information only to manage appointments, deposits, reminders, and communication about your service.

Information we collect

Name, email, phone, service, nail size, time, and policy acceptance. Instagram and notes are optional.

Private service address

The exact address is not public. It appears only after Sonia confirms an active appointment and is hidden if it is canceled or expires.

Payments

The website does not store Zelle, Venmo, or banking credentials. Reporting a deposit does not confirm the appointment; Sonia always verifies it.

Google Calendar

We check only free and busy ranges in authorized calendars; we do not copy personal event details.

Retention

Expired unconfirmed requests are anonymized after 90 days. Confirmed appointment and security records may be retained for up to three years when needed.
