Before you request

Clear policies that respect your time and Sonia’s.

By sending a request, you confirm that you have read these policies. Sonia always reviews the deposit before confirming an appointment.

  1. No guests

    Appointments are one-on-one, so please arrive without guests.

  2. No children

    To keep the studio calm and safe, children are not permitted.

  3. Deposit to reserve

    A $20 deposit is required. Sonia confirms the appointment after verifying it and applies it to your service total.

  4. Changes and cancellations

    Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit is nonrefundable for missed appointments or late cancellations.

  5. Late arrivals

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, Sonia may cancel the appointment and the deposit is not returned.

  6. Your inspiration

    Please have your design ready when you arrive so your appointment time can be used well.

  7. Payment on appointment day

    After the deposit is applied to the total, the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
